JMS Eco is a trading name of JMS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS LTD (Companies House No. 12062865), based in Wirral. We are a MCS Certified installer and NAPIT Approved electrical contractor - two of the most rigorously audited quality marks in the UK renewables industry.
MCS certification is a non-negotiable for government-backed schemes like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme and the Warm Homes Local Grant. It's also what underwrites your Smart Export Guarantee payments. NAPIT approval means every electrical element of your install - Solar PV, battery, EV charger, ASHP - is inspected and certified under Part P Building Regulations.
We are fully insured, TrustMark registered, RECC accredited and backed by Hometree for long-term aftercare - so every install is covered from the boardroom to the rooftop.

Commercial Solar & the PPA Scheme
Alongside our residential work, JMS Eco is an active commercial solar installer serving factories, warehouses, farms, offices and retail sites across the Northwest. We design, supply and install rooftop and ground-mount systems from 30kW to 500kW+.
For businesses that want zero capital outlay, we work with established Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) funders. Under a PPA the investor pays for the entire system, owns it for 15-25 years, and sells you the electricity it generates at a rate typically 30-50% below your current grid tariff. No capex, no maintenance cost, guaranteed savings from day one - and the system transfers to you at end of term.
Whether you want to buy the system outright, finance it over 5-10 years, or take the zero-capex PPA route, we'll structure the deal that fits your balance sheet.
